As submitted by Collider.com, Tuesday (27/3/2018), two X-Men films are postponed scheduled runs are X-Men: Dark Phoenix and for the second time, The New Mutants.
X-Men: Dark Phoenix is scheduled to arrive this year, will be postponed to release on February 14, 2019. The New Mutants are scheduled to appear early 2019 changed the schedule to 2 August 2019.
Previously, X-Men: Dark Phoenix is planned to air on November 2, 2018. Meanwhile, The New Mutans was originally scheduled for April 13, 2018 and was postponed to 22 February 2019.

The closest source to the film's production tells Collider that the Dark Phoenix movie is still undergoing screening tests to find out which scenes look good and which ones are not.
Reportedly, 20th Century Fox plans to hold a re-shoot that can be done by actor and actress in August or September 2018 with big budget. As a result, Fox also rewind the release schedule to give time to the team of visual effects.
New Character
In contrast to The New Mutants. Originally the movie backed up the schedule because the studio Fox wanted to add an element of horror in this movie. Apparently, when director Josh Boone gives results that he thinks appropriate, Fox even want this movie has a feel like Logan and Deadpool.
Instead, The New Mutants is rumored to be filming for 50 percent of the existing results. Plus, studios want to have one or two new characters with an important role more than a cameo. This of course leads to a complicated situation between the director and the studio.
20th Century Fox itself holds some of the assets of superhero movies from Marvel comics like X-Men, Wolverine, Deadpool, The New Mutants, and also the Fantastic Four.
Later, all of Fox's entertainment assets have been purchased by Disney, host of the Marvel Cinematic Universe franchise. But for several years now, Fox is still given the freedom to create X-Men movies.
