Ip Man 4 Start Filming, Will Be The Last Action Of Donnie Yen?
Hong Kong - The kung fu movie lovers will soon be spoiled by the presence of Ip Man 4. The shooting itself is officially underway, as submitted by Movie Web, Tuesday (10/4/2018).

In an upload on Instagram Donnie Yen, the actor not only announced the production of Ip Man 4 that has started. He also implies that the fourth film in Ip Man's franchise will most likely be the last.

At the upload, Donnie Yen displayed a video taken on the set along with several cast and crew praying in front of the dining table.

Unfortunately, not yet known when Ip Man 4 will be aired. However, many are hoping that the film, adapted from Bruce Lee's great teacher Yip Man, will air before the end of the year.



The Last Yip Man Movie

Together with the video, Donnie Yen also writes information in English and Mandarin. Through the description, Donnie implies that Ip Man 4 will be the last Yip Man movie.

"I believe the Ipman movie inspires millions of people not because we have created a hero, it's because it's about the passion and integrity of a man, a man who loves his family and country, April 7, the first day of filming, of the first three episodes, 4th and this might be the last mission trip! " he wrote via Instagram account @ donnieyenofficial, Monday (9/4/2018).

Highlight Wing Chun

Ip Man's films highlighted Wing Chun, one of the martial art streams created by Yip Man. Bruce Lee himself was originally about to be incorporated through CGI technology in his two films. However, the late legendary actor was eventually played by actor Kwok-Kwan Chan.

Working with Bruce Lee

Wilson Yip who directed three Ip Man movies back in Ip Man 4. Reportedly, Ip Man 4 will bring the main character back to the United States to work with Bruce Lee who has opened Wing Chun's studio in Seattle, Washington. Kwok-Kwan Chan will most likely re-portray Bruce Lee to act with Donnie Yen.

Donnie Yen later stole the world's attention through his role in two Hollywood action movies: Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and xXx: The Return of Xander Cage.
